About me

I have a Master degree in Economic Sciences (Ehsal 1987 – Business Management) and obtained a post graduat degree in Human Resources.

My track

Thanks to the different positions I have occupied throughout my career (a.o. HR Manager, Training & Development Manager, Recruitment Manager, Personal Coach), I have had plenty of opportunities to discover all aspects of Human Resources.

Two reasons have made me decide to become independant.

First of all, I have a great passion for guiding people in their professional development.

Secondly, I eagerly wanted to propose my large experience as well as Personal Coaching skills to companies. In 2001 I started my Interim Manager’s career.

Since then, I have accompanied many managers and directors in a large variety of enterprises through passionate projects, both national as international.

I say what I do and I do what I say.

I like to work with people as well as to guide them through their professional and personal growth. I invest myself with heart and soul to make people go forward in a positive way.

What are the main assets people tend to assign to me ? A clear vision, a great sense of empathy and a great amount of energie.
